Pale gold. Roasted, Tokaji-like aromas of apricot, maple syrup and damp earth. Moderately sweet and fruit-driven, with flavors of orange skin and caramel. Not hugely concentrated for vin de paille Finishes slightly warm, with notes of walnut skin and earth.
